"I studied art history, but fell in love with design while serving as the editor of the Mount Holyoke News in 1993. I chose colors and marveled at the effect of typography. Graphic design was the perfect mode--creative yet systematic, flamboyent yet purposeful. I discovered the grid, the font, photography, HTML, Adobe software...and my clients discovered me. A graphic designer was born."
